This Newspaper magazine layout is created by Cyberqpale, It's not CSS3, but it's CSS2, because there are not element of CSS3. But this font is custom. Why i create this?, because i just like the others, i want to make CSS art without Image or Javascript. And i want make an image with only CSS.
